Interviews
The selection process takes place over the course of a day involving:
- A collaborative planning task
- A written task
- A Maths audit
- A formal interview
- A classroom observation during which candidates read a story to a class. Successful applicants will be informed of the age of the class, in order to prepare a story and relevant resources
The selection days will take place in our new venue: St James’ CE School, Bermondsey. (a couple of minutes walk from Bermondsey Tube station, Jubilee Line).
Where possible, we try to give candidates an indication of the outcome on the next working day following their interview.
