Training

Employment
·         Our trainees have an excellent employment record. 
·         In September 2011 98% of our graduates were employed in teaching, 67% employed in Church schools
 
As a School-centred provider:
·         with a small cohort we are able to offer trainees support in all aspects of training and pastoral care
           ‘very good pastoral and academic support for trainees’  (OFSTED 2011)
·         there is a strong sense of community and collaboration
·         trainees are mainly placed in LDBS and Southwark partnership schools for their practices
·         Whilst we expect trainees to be in sympathy with the aims and values of the church schools in which we work, commitment to a
          particular/any faith is not essential. Above all we are looking for candidates who are truly committed to teaching
